If you aren’t clear on what you want out of your Virtual Assistant, then you aren’t ready to hire one. Know your niche and find someone who operates within that space as well. Sit down and analyse where you need help and what has to happen for you to move beyond that point.

You Are Afraid To Let Go

Trust is vital for any business to thrive; it’s the essential foundation for effective communication and long term growth. If there is no trust inside your company or you are unable to accept help from others, then no Virtual Assistant will be able to assist you.

Put your faith in others and lead with gusto.

Be realistic. No one can perform the impossible, no matter how much you may want them to. Are you asking too much of people? Set expectations, for both yourself and others.
